Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our floral arrangements, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the arrangement, please contact Gift Box & Flowers within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the arrangement. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal or market availability, while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement.
Orders that have already been prepared or are out for delivery cannot be canceled or refunded.
